Eric leads all operations here at Breakthrough Broker, including sales, business development, and client relations. He has a profound love for kettle chips, occasionally reminiscences about his days as a detective, and is one heck of a dad. Eric’s drive and passion are just some of the traits that have contributed to the overall success of the company.

Nathan Froelich
CEO and Co-Founder

Nathan leads the company’s revenue, employment development, and website progression. He is a genuine guy who loves boating, enjoys classic movies like Office Space, and keeps his family first. Innovative and devoted, Nathan is damn good at taking Breakthrough Broker to the next level while keeping the culture fun and supportive.

Jacqueline
VP of Operations

Jacqueline, fondly known as JM, has been involved in essentially every aspect of the business from the beginning. She's in charge of all things operations and oversees all departments, including (but definitely not limited to) marketing, content, design, project management, customer success, development, and so much more. JM is the glue that keeps our team together, not to mention a great brunch companion.

Software Development Manager

Ryan is our resident tech wizard. With a degree in computer engineering and over 20 years of experience writing code and managing tech teams, he fearlessly leads our team of developers as they find technical solutions for business needs. When he isn’t reviewing code or writing specs you can find him spending time with his girls, playing capoeira, or training iaido- Japanese martial arts.

Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Ellie has a diverse background, from teaching math in New York City to diving into virtual reality tech in San Francisco. She's now back in Denver, ready to use her global teaching and tech experience to help us at Breakthrough Broker. When not working, she hikes with her dog or searches for new coffee spots. With her worldly experience and innovative approach, Ellie is helping to take BB to exciting new heights!

Drew
Sr. Project Manager

Drew collaborates with our development team to make sure everything is running smoothly on the backend for our BB members. He is a seasoned IT professional and has been working in the industry for more than a decade. When Drew isn’t tackling a tech issue, he’s hiking with his wife and two chocolate labradors or enjoying a much-deserved cold one. He also happens to make incredible scotcheroos. (IYKYK.)

Product Owner

Natalie, our true Michigander, has worn a few hats here at BB. Over time, her skills have flourished, and she now takes the lead with our development team, solves issues on the site, and coordinates with our Product Owners to smooth out all processes. Product Owner

Cole works cross-functionally with our clients and products to ensure happy people and seamless tech. Cole works with our development team to drive successful launches, all while trying to keep his cat, Binx, off of his keyboard and dog, Biscuit, off of his lap. Outside the office, he loves to cook elaborate meals, do group fitness, travel with his partner, and attend all kinds of quirky, local, artsy events around Denver.

She’s a team player through and through, perhaps thanks, in part, to her collegiate soccer career. Outside of work, Abby is an avid sports fan who loves watching the Detroit Lions and Colorado Avalanche with friends and family.

Liz has been finding typos since she was a (nerdy) little kid, so it makes sense that a career in content chose her. A one-time wilderness guide, Liz still feels most at home in the woods and under the stars and credits campfires for helping her hone her storytelling skills. When she’s not hanging with her husb and dogs, Liz loves finding hidden gems of all kinds, whether it’s a trinket at a rummage sale or a dive bar off the beaten path.

Marketing Specialist

Meet Taeyllor! We are all lucky that this vibrant Utah native brought her fresh perspective and enthusiasm to Colorado. Taeyllor combines creativity with marketing strategy, and it shows in all the new ideas she brings to the table. In her spare time, she’s either tearing it up on the pickleball court or adding to her excellent wardrobe (and just generally keeping her coworkers young, TBH).
